To deliver spectacular experiences worldwide. Day to day tasks: Create and track purchase orders (POs) with suppliers to ensure timely processing and delivery. Follow up on vendor confirmations and monitor expected delivery timelines. Oversee administrative tasks related to procurement and inventory replenishment activities. Validate and adjust PO pricing as necessary. Negotiate returns with suppliers. Manage inventory shortages and address obsolescence concerns. Collaborate effectively with internal clients and departments to support operational needs. Maintain good relationships and strong partnerships with suppliers. Ensure all procurement activities adhere to the company’s policies and suppliers guidelines. Any other reasonable ad-hoc requests as required by your manager. Essential skills / experience: Good understanding and knowledge of ERP, MRP systems Proficient in using Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good organisational skills Good communication skills Ability to prioritise workloads within tight deadlines Ability to stay calm working under pressure and ability to adapt to change. Ability to work independently and within a team Problem solving skills. Good negotiation skills. Strong customer service skills. Level of education: Educated to industry related degree level or equivalent. Work experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
