We have an opportunity for an experienced Procurement Technology & Data Consultant to join our supportive and driven team. This is a great job for someone with Procurement systems experience who is looking to progress their career with the UK's leading Insurance, Retirement and Wealth Management business!

A bit about the Job: You’ll play a key role in enhancing our procurement tools and processes, supporting daily operations. Working alongside stakeholders, you’ll help ensure our procurement lifecycle is efficient and aligned with business goals.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Support procurement operations, ensuring smooth daily use of procurement systems and identify improvements.

Assist with process improvement, contributing to projects that streamline procurement processes and drive change.

Stakeholder collaboration, working with the teams to meet business needs effectively.

Skills & Experience:

Procurement Knowledge: Basic understanding of Category Management, Third Party Risk Management, and demand management.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and importantly SAP-Ariba.

Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on data accuracy and problem-solving.

Adaptable & Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks and support process improvements.

What you’ll get for this role:

Starting salary circa £50000 National / circa £60000 London (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).

Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
