Working alongside the EP to manage scheduling for all productions. Attend set & location for your productions, as well as provide production support & advice on those you don’t lead on. Assist the EP on pitches and scoping out new projects. Ensure that our clients are fully catered for to guarantee that the highest standards are always kept in our service. Work closely with our roster of directors on a daily basis on client-driven projects, as well as develop & produce their personal creative projects. Source, book & manage crew for each project. Manage international and local production travel logistics and bookings. Ensure that all legal, H&S, AdGreen and COVID responsibilities have been clearly outlined and managed with the client, partners and freelancers involved. Find opportunities to bring in less represented demographics to boost inclusivity in the industry. Attend shoots that may occur over the weekend where possible. Help develop more junior production employees by giving them guidance and growth opportunities. CLIENT FACING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Work with our clients on a daily basis to ensure they are well looked after and that everything is provided to them in a timely manner. Time keeping skills are essential, as you will be required to juggle multiple projects at once. Clear communication is paramount to cover all projects, including ad hoc queries from clients. Logging & processing of all invoices for projects. DEVELOPMENT
Keep an eye out for new & emerging talent to bring into TEEPEE FILMS to help progress the company. Attend APA and industry events & evenings to stay updated with the latest trends, continue to grow a presence in the industry, and cultivate new business leads through networking. HELP TEEPEE GROW
A flexible approach to improving processes at TEEPEE FILMS, both in relation to efficiency and employee experience. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE – ESSENTIAL
3 years minimum experience working as a junior producer or similar level. Completed the APA course or have proven experience of budgeting & scheduling to APA standards and terms. Great people skills and willingness to regularly network at events. Understanding of a small business and the responsibility & opportunity that comes with it. Experience working with contracts including PIBS. A strong understanding of the postproduction process and working with offline editors. Understanding of Health & Safety protocols and creating risk assessments. Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills. Experience working to varying budget levels for live action shoots. Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills. A team player with great communication skills. Ability to work with other production employees and train up more junior roles. Good sense of ownership and responsibility. Enthusiasm to learn production processes & industry standards. Proven commitment to a career in film and television production.
