PRODUCER (offline)

Marshall Street Editors are looking for a full-time Producer to join our brilliant team! In business since 1999 and based in the heart of Soho, we are an award-winning offline editing company specialising in commercials, music videos & social content. Go to www.mse.tv to see more. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Producer with at least 2 years experience working in film production/post-production or project management. Working with our Head of Production, you will be a key member of the Production Team. You will thrive on delivering your services to our editors and clients at an incredibly high standard. You will be responsible for the successful workflow of edit projects from initial brief to delivery. You will seek out opportunities to assist our PR Team’s publications and socialise with colleagues & clients. AS A PRODUCER AT MSE YOU MUST HAVE: EXCEPTIONAL ORGANISATION & COMMUNICATION SKILLS (BOTH WRITTEN & VERBAL). EXCELLENT PUNCTUALITY & RELIABILITY. A POSITIVE & CONSCIENTIOUS ATTITUDE. AN EXCELLENT WORK ETHIC, ABILITY TO NEGOTIATE, PROBLEM SOLVE & WORK UNDER PRESSURE. The role of Producer at MSE will consist of: Taking initial briefs from clients Providing quotations and negotiating budgets Pitching editors based on suitability and making custom showreels Having an in-depth knowledge of our body of work Managing editor’s availability/calendars/schedules Providing our clients with overage recces QC/checking exports and file deliveries Managing budgets and invoicing Liaising with our US partners Providing support for the general day-to-day running of the company Developing close working relationships with colleagues and clients alike Assisting in organising company events & attending industry events Assisting our Sales/PR team and updating showreels Don’t think you fit all these criteria but you have a burning desire to be a producer?
