Are you an experienced Producer in games who wants to drive a talented multi-discipline team, producing the next iteration of content creation for Old School RuneScape? As a Producer on Project Zanaris you will work closely with leaders across the teams, building and maintaining autonomous cross-functional collaboration between teams with shared goals and milestones. This is a hugely impactful and collaborative role in the studio where you will be a key stakeholder for many of the individuals working on this exciting new product for Jagex. You’ll be a driving force for the team, working closely with the Development Director and the wider team to help them achieve their goals. What you’ll be doing:

Work closely with multi-discipline leads across the development team, fostering strong ongoing communication channels that increase productivity & collaboration across the team. Build & Track milestone delivery plans, incorporating cross-functional input, objectives and deliverables. Provide motivation, coaching and support for teams, ensuring they have the resources they need to accomplish their goals. Communicate what business and team objectives are and how those will manifest with the wider team’s input. Work closely with the Development Director to create, update and carry out a production and delivery roadmap for Zanaris. Identify areas for improvement and facilitate and drive continuous improvement using both proactive and reactive methods. What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in a production role at a games studio working with multi-discipline teams. Demonstrable experience of forging effective working relationships at multiple seniority levels with successful results. Experience with conflict management, relationship building and cross-functional communication of challenges with a solutions-driven mindset. Proven experience translating team vision into operating strategy and implementing these strategies. A strong understanding of the games industry & relevant gaming audiences to Jagex. Experience with various development methodologies and their applications (e.g. Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) Experience effectively utilising project and quality tracking software (JIRA or similar).
