Hours: Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm

Our client is seeking a meticulous and proactive Product Administrator to support the Compliance Manager in ensuring the smooth and compliant launch of their innovative products. You will play a crucial role in coordinating product testing, gathering critical data, and maintaining comprehensive records to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate product testing activities, ensuring all safety, legislative, and cost objectives are met within agreed timelines. Maintain and update technical information within internal databases. Actively support the achievement of company obligations related to all relevant product and environmental legislation. Collect, analyse, and present compliance data, completing required submissions both internally and externally. Provide support to the compliance team across a variety of tasks, including customer requests and other activities essential for business compliance. Maintain accurate and timely administrative records, contributing to efficient and effective working practices.

Skills & Experience required as a Product Administrator:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to interact with external customers and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to data entry and record-keeping. A proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to learn and navigate the evolving compliance landscape.
