They are looking for a Product Administrator to support with the garment technologist and Design team to ensure the concept to delivery lifecycle of the product ranges are met at the highest standard. Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm Fridays 9am-5pm, office based. 21 days annual leave Free parking Progressive and dynamic company Sociable and friendly team Key Responsibilities Assisting with product development, with a high level of attention to detail. Collaborating internally with the Garment tech & Design team. Cross-functional collaboration with various other departments throughout the business. Material, fabric and trend research on an ongoing basis, visiting club stores, and presenting findings to in-house teams and customers. Working alongside the Garment technologist to support on the technical aspects of Apparel. Liaising with factories to maintain clear and continuous communication on product queries. Managing the Product Lifecycle Critical Path and Tracker. Preparing the showroom with samples for client visits, ensuring all samples arrive on time. Full ownership of prototypes and production samples; tracking & monitoring deliveries to ensure on-time arrival. Keeping up to date with industry trends and new product ideas. Assisting with the admin and logistics in the Operations team. What the client is looking for: Candidates must be able to drive due to lack of transport links. Must be willing to travel to China and other countries depending on current and potential new supplier base. Experience of using Microsoft 365. Attention to detail.
