THE JOB ROLE As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our products through data-driven insights and strategic analysis. You will be responsible for conducting market research, analysing customer data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform product development and enhancements. Your analytical skills will help identify opportunities for growth and improvement, ensuring our products meet customer needs and stay ahead of industry trends. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Please note this is a hybrid role where you will be required to visit our office in Leatherhead twice a week. WHAT YOU’LL DO Complete market research:

study and understand industry trends, competition and target customer needs. These insights will be used to find new opportunities and contribute to product development. Collect and analyse data:

understand user perception of our products – collecting customer feedback, studying user interactions with our suite of products. Collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources such user feedback and product usage. Track and evaluate product performance:

track key product performance indicators and product metrics over its lifecycle. Identify trends and patterns that suggest how well the product performs in market and assess product success. Understand product requirements:

collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather documents on product requirements and convert them into product specifications or user stories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help develop product marketing strategies and improve the user experience. Prepare reports and presentations:

After thorough analysis, create detailed reports about the findings and prepare presentations. Visualise your findings in an easy-to-interpret manner. ABOUT YOU The following expertise and experience are required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Tableau). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Knowledge of product management principles and practices is a plus.
