Purpose This role is critical in leveraging data to inform decision making, enhance our digital proposition, and support the pursuit of product-market fit and growth. As a Product Analyst, you will work within the Product team and closely with UX and Marketing teams to analyse user behaviour, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for innovation and optimisation. Your insights will drive actionable recommendations to improve customer experiences, increase engagement, and accelerate growth. Role Accountabilities Analyse product and user data to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that inform product decisions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, retention, and conversion rates. Conduct cohort analyses to understand customer behaviour across different segments, within our target audience. Collaborate with your product colleagues to identify gaps in the product offering and areas for improvement. Use data to test hypotheses around value propositions, features, and user needs. Analyse the effectiveness of product changes and experiments, including A/B tests and multivariate testing. Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, engagement, and customer lifetime value (CLTV). Partner with Marketing to evaluate the performance of campaigns and identify opportunities for optimisation. Support engineering and data teams in ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and scalability. Build dashboards and visualisations to communicate findings and track product performance. Skills and Knowledge Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets. Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks. Understanding of product-market fit and growth metrics Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R). Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, FullStory Excellent skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). A customer-focused self-starter.
