Product & Contracting Manager- Sussex/Hybrid

Product & Contracting Manager Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the product and purchasing team
- Developing and implementing strategies to maximize commercial performance
- Negotiate competitive rates and commercial terms with local suppliers for specific geographic regions
- Oversee health and safety audits, ensuring adherence to School Travel Forum guidelines
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, commercial, operations, etc.)
- Travel to destinations as needed.
Product & Contracting Manager Skills Required
- Previous experience in a similar role within school or group travel
- Strong destination knowledge in Europe and/or the USA
- Proven management skills with experience leading a team
- Creative, innovative, motivated, and possess a can-do attitude
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Fluency in a European language is a plus
- Ability to travel occasionally
- A clean driving license
Product & Contracting Manager Additional Details
- Competitive salary of £50- £55k per year
