As the brand Product and Handover Specialist you will provide a friendly and informative vehicle handover experience for our customers. You will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Product and Handover Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience for our customers during the vehicle handover process. Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through the final stages of the sales process, providing comprehensive product knowledge, and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:

Provide customers with specific and relevant information about new and used Volvo Cars, accessories and merchandise. Planning, managing and execution of product presentations to customers; new and used cars. Support the planning, managing and delivery of test drives alongside the Sales team. Offer additional product insight within the test drive and customer appointments. Manage retailer product display and accessories merchandising. Planning, managing and delivering customer handovers for new and used cars. Maintaining retailer point of sale materials for the Volvo range. Researching key competitor product information and sharing this knowledge within the sales department. Supporting the sales manager to maintain a strong retailer online product display for new and used cars. Skills and Qualifications:

5 or more GCSEs at grade C or above or equivalent. Experience in a retail environment where product presentation is required. Experience with business communication tools e.g. e-mail, live-chat & video. Full valid UK driving license. Eligibility to work in the UK. Driver Licence Required:
