Job Title: Product and Process Controller Location: Evercreech, BA4 6LQ Hours: 37.5 per week with a range of flexible working options Salary range: Circa £50,000 per annum + Benefits About us: Eurilait is the UK subsidiary of two renowned French dairy companies, Laita and Eurial. We specialise in importing high-quality dairy products from our parent companies, and other suppliers across Europe & the UK. We add value to our products by cutting and packing at our Evercreech site, then distributing them to a wide range of customers, including supermarkets, food service providers, industrial clients, and wholesalers. Key Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a Product and Process Controller with strong process management skills to shape the future of Eurilait’s product range. You’ll own and streamline our Product Development Staged Gate Process, ensuring every launch aligns with our vision and objectives whilst exceeding our customer expectations. By analysing outcomes and learnings, you'll keep refining the process to drive even greater efficiency and success. Leading a talented team of two, you’ll inspire a culture of continuous improvement and personal development, resulting in an improvement in overall performance, underpinned by an evolving, efficient and successful process. Key Skills and Qualifications:

You will be a strong and clear communicator, able to build and maintain solid relationships across all functions of the business. With excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, you'll know how to bring out the best in your team and cross-departmental colleagues. Confident and collaborative, you’ll hold others accountable with respect and clarity, ensuring work meets high standards and aligns with Eurilait’s core behaviours. With experience in process management, particularly having worked with a staged gate process from concept to post launch review and all stages in between, you’ll have a proven record of successful product delivery. Experience in the cheese or dairy industry is a plus, but not essential. What We Offer:
