9.30am-6.45pm (Monday to Thursday) 9.15am – 6.30pm (Friday)

As part of this
unique team based right on our vibrant sales floor, you’ll be at the very heart of our business. A large part of your day will be spent supporting our brokers to get the best outcome for our customers.
You won’t be interacting with our customers directly, but you will be answering our internal support line to help brokers with medical condition tolerances and product and provider information, ensuring we get the best policy we can for our customers.
This is a busy role and alongside supporting our sales teams you will be conducting research, liaising with our insurers, reviewing policies and keeping up to date with underwriting knowledge across the team. It is therefore critical you enjoy a challenge, love being busy and can juggle a number of priorities.
