Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Product and UI designer to join our team and play a critical role in user-centered designs and maintain brand-compliant design system guidelines. In this position, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. Who You Are: You’re passionate about UI design, and you’re a strong communicator. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented and creative, you bring both precision and innovation to your work. What You’ll Do: You’ll be part of the Design Team within the Design and Architecture department of the CIO. This role is to create efficient, user-centered, and brand-compliant design system guidelines, along with detailed user journeys for the hubs and products. More specifically: Autonomously deliver “Experience Detail Design” and “Design System Guidelines” on Eutelsat Group initiatives based on the template defined. Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions & iterate the design based on user feedback and analytics. Build and maintain the Design System of Eutelsat Group. Train and mentor internal teams on the effective use of the Design System. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the Design System and on Product experience design: product owners, business stakeholders, developers, Product & UI Designer. Validate the Design Review of all Designs on his perimeter. Communicate to stakeholders efficiently, including managers and top management occasionally. Provide other communication content to participate in the marketing of initiatives, like videos or articles. What You'll Need: 4 years of experience in UX/UI design in a B2B environment. Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering, Design, HCI, or related field. Proficiency in design tools: PPT, Figma, Miro. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
