A great opportunity within MBDA Product Assurance as you'll be working on a high profile Program, not only for MBDA but for UK and European Defence! The role will require you to co-ordinate with multiple functional programme leads to ensure work is completed

on time and to the required Quality. Salary : Circa £46,000 depending on experience Dynamic (hybrid) working : 1-2 days per week on-site due to workload classification Security Clearance : British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA

Personnel Security Team. SC Clearance will be needed for this role. What we can offer you: Company bonus : Up to £2,500 (based on company performance and will vary year to year)

Pension : Maximum total (employer and employee) contribution of up to 14%

The opportunity: Due to an internal promotion we have an opportunity for a Product Assurance Engineer to join a well-established Quality Team. This is an exciting and role that will involve collaborating closely with Manufacturing and Design teams in the UK and providing

consistent guidance, whilst ensuring the Customer interests are in focus. Our team uses the 'Process Approach' defined in AS9100 and we will work on multiple tasks at any one time. We manage a complex portfolio of Product Assurance work that require planning and frequent monitoring. Our team generates accurate and timely monthly metrics for reporting into Sector Reviews. Other Product Assurance activities will include but not limited to, generation of program AQAP2105 Quality Plans, management of Design Changes, management of Customer

Acceptances, continuous improvement events, conduct Audits, facilitate 8D investigations and drive change through review of metric analysis. The Program produces a highly desired Product within MBDA portfolio and you will be collaborating closely with various project teams on a variety of topics and liaising with supplier and Customer representatives from all over Europe. This role will enable

you to have a far reaching Product Assurance network and establish ‘best practice' methods of working. The Product Assurance Team – We have an inclusive, friendly and supportive team. Awareness of AS9100 and the ‘Process approach'

Experience of identifying and managing risks

Experience of project planning is highly desirable, although not essential

Experience of promoting improvements through lessons learnt, standard methodology, risk management and performance metrics whilst supporting their implementation, would be beneficial
