Location - UK Homebased Level - Experienced Professional Department - Product R&D Working Pattern - 37.5 hours per week Contract - 12 month FTC Benefits - Employee Benefits and Rewards at Ideagen | Learn more As the Product Communications Manager, you will lead the creation and execution of comprehensive communication strategies designed to engage and inform our global team of over 2,000 employees. You will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement, driving awareness of product innovations, and ensuring that communication regarding the company’s SaaS platform, designed for high-compliance industries, is clear and impactful. Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective communication strategies for product launches and continuous product support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive and compelling messaging. Create and manage engaging content across various platforms, including press releases, product documentation, presentations, and social media channels. Establish and nurture relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to elevate product visibility and coverage. Analyse the effectiveness of communication strategies and prepare detailed reports to assess impact and drive improvements. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to inform and adapt communication strategies accordingly. Provide training and support to internal teams on product messaging and best practices in communication. Skills and Experience

Proven experience in public relations, corporate communications, internal communications, or product communications within a SaaS or software product environment. Experience in creating multi-channel communication strategies and executing content-driven campaigns. Experience working with global teams and managing cross-departmental collaboration. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in communication tools and technologies, experience in managing content across digital platforms, and familiarity with analytics tools to track performance. Industry Knowledge:

Knowledge of software products, SaaS platforms, or high-compliance industries (e.g., EHS, quality, audit, operational, and enterprise risk management) is a strong advantage.
