About the role We are looking for a Product Compliance Specialist to join our passenger car team in the UK. It is an exciting time to join the team, and you will be integral in helping us to establish ourselves in the market. Reporting directly to the Product Manager, you will be the interface between the European Product compliance department and the Local Product department. Main responsibilities and tasks: Responsible for business continuity within RHD markets, UK , Ireland , Malta and Cyprus , ensuring the entire product offer complies with all relevant legislation. Organisation and execution of the necessary steps for car registrations Independent handling of homologation and compliance projects Preparation of official documentation and support in the approval process Monitor end of series for derogation where appropriate Remain up to date and provide advice at an expert level on relevant regulations. Support local projects and product specialists with matters relating to relevant regulations. Where appropriate, manage the Individual Vehicle Approval (IVA) process. Identify specific local requirements for insurance ratings to ensure our products meet customer expectations. Collaborate with the European Product Compliance Department and Local Product Department to ensure national requirements are met. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and industry associations. This Position requires the following skills/competencies:

Bachelor’s degree or higher Relevant experience and in-depth knowledge of national and European legislation and regulations concerning homologation-related topics. Expertise in the legal aspects of vehicle registration. Experience in preparing and submitting homologation documentation, technical reports, and compliance materials. Motor industry experience is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. High degree of accuracy in data handling and reporting. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
