Product Configuration Engineer,

you’ll be joining the Onboarding team, made up of friendly solution finders who provide top-quality customer service to our clients. As Product Configuration Engineer, you will:

Successfully onboard new clients onto the Equinox platform Carry out ad hoc system configuration tasks for existing clients Support the Sales Team and Helpdesk as required to ensure high levels of customer care Work with clients to assess their requirements for being onboarded onto the system The salary for this role is

£25,000 to £27,500

per year, depending on experience. How we’ll support you:
