What you do The Specialist Data Loading is placed within the Business Partner and Product Configuration Team. This global cross-LOB position requires a blend of technical expertise and plays a fundamental role in performing the proper loading of beneficiary data into our portfolio management system in order to fulfill all requirements of our stakeholders.
What you bring Handling the beneficiary data implementations on global cross-LOB-level: Identify all relevant data touchpoints for onboarding of BP Set up of SFTP connections and alignment on datasets and upload-frequency and further details Handling the run business: Management (correction, upload) and maintenance of data/files received Ensure the integrity, accuracy and security of data throughout the systems in place for beneficiaries Log and monitor all web activities to ensure transparency and traceability Trouble shooting Alignment with other teams and IT Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure quality and functionality Process Optimization: Oversee the design and optimization of data loading processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy Improvements, streamlining and new implementations in alignment with business needs and objectives
