THE WORK:

Ripple is looking for a product controller who is experienced with digital assets, FX, and derivatives to work closely with Ripple's Trading and Operations teams in our London office.

In this role, you will be required to design and build financial reporting processes and procedures for daily/weekly P&L reports used by Ripple Trading, Risk, Financial Operations, Accounting, and Tax. You will also be highly involved in the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting (US GAAP / IFRS) close processes.

This role will report to the VP of Financial Operations and will also have significant interaction with the broader Ripple Finance function, including the leaders of Trading and Markets, Financial Risk, Accounting, and Tax.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Work closely with Product, Finance, Operations, and Trading to ensure timely tracking and reporting of crypto and fiat transactions. Reconcile positions and balances for various business operations, including company-issued stablecoin. Record transactions in systems to maintain bookkeeping entries that reflect product and operational activities within Ripple's systems of record. Support financial reporting for new and innovative trading strategies and products. WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

10+ years relevant product controller experience dealing with complex and diverse trading strategies. High attention to detail with the ability to problem solve and maintain organized records. Broad understanding of markets and instruments (cleared, OTC, crypto, derivatives) as well as data capture requirements for books and records system. Understanding of different regulatory regimes and standards. High proficiency in Google and Microsoft office applications, including Excel and VBA. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles. Experience with SQL and writing queries for daily operations is a plus. WHO WE ARE:
