We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Product and Technical Data Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of Makita product data across multiple customer platforms. You will work closely with internal teams and national accounts, including high-profile customers like Amazon UK, Screwfix, and NMBS, to ensure timely product updates and protect our brand integrity. What You Will Be Doing:

Product Data Maintenance:

Regularly update Makita product information across national accounts’ online portals (e.g., Amazon UK, Screwfix, NMBS), ensuring all data is accurate and up to date. Brand Protection:

Identify and report non-genuine Makita products listed on platforms like Amazon UK. Utilize the Amazon Brand Registry system to challenge listings and ensure trademark protection. Collaboration:

Work closely with departments such as Marketing, Technical, Warehouse, and Sales to compile and maintain product specifications, technical documents, and health & safety information. Operational Management:

Manage day-to-day operations of customer platforms, ensuring they meet performance and availability standards. Product Launch Support:

Ensure timely and accurate setup of new product information in customer systems during product launches. Customer Support:

Maintain strong relationships with national accounts, ensuring their product data needs are met and that product information is consistently accurate and accessible. What We Are Looking For:

Detail-Oriented:

High attention to detail when managing product specifications, technical documents, and product information. (Proven experience is essential) Strong Communicator:

Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various teams and external stakeholders. Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable using customer portals, internal systems, Level 4 Excel qualification or experience for data entry and maintenance. (Essential) Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and address non-genuine products and work proactively with platforms to protect the brand. Organized and Efficient:

Able to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously while ensuring timely and accurate updates. (Essential) Cross-Functional Teamwork:

Ability to collaborate with various departments to support product information updates and launches. Customer-Focused:
