Our client is a high-end Jewellery company in London and is seeking an experienced Jewellery Product Data Coordinator. The Product Data Team is the data authority within the organisation and manages the development and success of the Product Data in their system, including product information, costs & pricing. This is a crucial team in the operational business with the key mission to ensure that our product database is accurate, high quality, and serves a business need. In this role, you will interact with different teams including the Merchandising, Planning, Procurement, Product, and IT Teams. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of experts, working in a growing business environment. Key Responsibilities:

Procurement:

Stocking-in of the stones (Importation, rejection, updated costs). Final Products:

Control the final product information received after the manufacturing process and verify the accuracy details of the products and costs before uploading to the system. Production:

Raise orders for all products (collections, single stones, high jewellery) and ensure that all the data is correctly uploaded in their system from the beginning of the process to facilitate reporting. Product Data:

Oversee the Product Database and ensure all information is collected, accurate, organised, and updated at all times. Partner and align with the Merchandising team. Pricing and Cost Analysis:

Maintain masterfile of costs, prices, margins. Liaise with IT to review pricing updates. The successful candidate must be from a high-end Jewellery background and have previous experience in Data Analytics, Accounting, or Administration. Must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and a problem solver, and be proactive. You will have effective communication skills and the ability to interact with peers. A team player with excellent organisational skills. An interest in the Jewellery industry will be an advantage.
