About the roles ** We are hiring for 3 roles within our NPD team. Upon application, please state which role you have a preference for otherwise, we will consider your application against all roles. ** As a Regulatory Product Data Management Administrator you will: Accurately input and maintain all regulatory product related data, including but not limited to: Formula and raw material specifications Product registration codes Sustainability and traceability information Build up a knowledge of our product formula and ingredient portfolio Keep that portfolio up to date on the system as reformulations and artwork renovations happen Collect, collate and check historical data Work collaboratively with internal teams Provide cross-functional support by sharing updated SKU regulatory with multiple teams within the business and externally As a Packaging Product Data Management Administrator, you will: Accurately input all packaging product related data, including but not limited to: Weights & Dimensions Supplier, Cost, MOQ information Sustainability information Material & Finishes Approve said data within the system & keep that portfolio up to date on the system as renovations and pack changes happen Work cross-functionally with teams to gather multiple historical data points for our existing packaging. Check, input and approve said historical data in the system Build up the database to encompass all packaging types Share updated BOMS with multiple teams within the business and externally Run reports from the system on specific data points to support our various reporting needs. Build & maintain relationships with our external suppliers As a NPD Product Management Administrator you will: Accurately source and input all product related data, including but not limited to: Supplier, Cost, MOQ information Bulk Codes, Pantone References and Shade Descriptions RRP, Launch Dates and Distribution Own collation and validation of data to ensure efficient PDM workflow. Own Product Development workflow in PDM process for Reformulation, Renovation and NPD. Align with NPD Manager to ensure efficient collaboration and communication flow with PDM Project Owner and key cross-functional stakeholders. Responsible for following workflow for multiple projects with shifting timelines and escalating obstacles. Run and export reports from the system and condense into relevant user-friendly documents. Provide concise, timely updates and error resolution. About you Passionate about data management, accuracy & reporting. Experience using Syndigo or similar type of PDM system. Excited about joining a fast-paced and challenging environment. Self-driven, result-oriented and have excellent communication skills. A strong communicator who is comfortable working cross-functionally with Product Development, Packaging, Master Data, and Supply Chain. Highly organised and enjoy working on multiple projects at the same time.
