PRODUCT DATA MANAGER The Product Data team is the data authority within our organisation and manage the development and success of the product data in our system including product information, costs and pricing. This is a crucial team in our operational business with the key mission to ensure that our product database is accurate, high quality and serves a business need. In this role, you will interact with different teams including the Merchandising, Planning, Procurement, Production and IT teams. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of experts, working in a growing business environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Stocking-in: Procurement: Oversee the stocking-in of the stones (importation, rejection, updated costs) Final products: Control the final product information received after the manufacturing process and verify the accuracy (details of the products, costs…) before uploading the system Production: Manage the ‘Raising Order’ process for all products (Collections, Single Stones, High Jewellery) and ensure that all the data is correctly uploaded in our system from the beginning of the process to facilitate reporting Product Data: Oversee the Product Database and ensure the information is collected, accurate, organised and updated at all times (descriptions, stone information, skus, images, costs…). Partner and align with the Merchandising team. Participation in the SKU project. Pricing and Cost analysis: Maintain Masterfile of costs, prices, margin Manage market pricing update & checks Liaise with IT to review pricing update Management: Communication on the progress, challenges and achievements of your team. Training and Coaching Purpose new ideas and challenge the processes in order to maximise the efficiency of the team REQUIREMENT SKILLS: We are expecting the successful candidate to have the following skills: Previous experience in Data analytical role in Pricing, Merchandising, Supply Chain or Operations teams, ideally in the luxury industry Important skills: Data analysis, commercially driven, detail-oriented, adaptable, problem solver Proactive, able to give recommendation and think outside of the box. Effective communication skills and diplomatic. Ability to interact effectively with peers and senior management and influence. Team player and excellent organization skills Ability to work under pressure and to meet short deadlines MS Office skills: Proficiency and advanced skills in Excel
