What the role involves

  • Develop lighting products, components, and assemblies using SolidWorks.
  • Create detailed 3D models, technical drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with production, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with customer needs.
  • Supporting prototype builds, testing, and validation activities.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve product performance, aesthetics, and manufacturability.
  • Driving continuous improvement across existing product lines.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
