As a Product Designer, you will be instrumental in delivering analytics solutions that provide innovative insights for key areas within the business such as HR, Finance, and Operations. As a part of a growing design team, your contributions towards improving our team framework and its integration with the organisation's ways of working will also be highly valued. Accountabilities: As a Product Designer, you will help others understand and embrace a user-centred approach to problem-solving through a holistic lens. Your role will range from partnering with multiple stakeholders and delivery leads to identify and prioritise requirements, guiding them through the various stages of product design development. Utilising quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions, you will balance business goals with users' needs. Also, leading the prototyping efforts as a team activity, you will ensure that design principles are maintained throughout the development process and drive scalable solutions/roadmaps. Essential Skills/Experience: Master's degree or equivalent experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, Media Design, or a related field. A portfolio of work that showcases excellence in

product design

and

data visualisation . Strong understanding of

design principles

and best practices. Experience in collaborating with

cross-functional teams . Clear

communication of impact ,

strategy , and interpersonal skills. Experience in designing

large-scale systems . Expertise in documenting user interaction details and defining style guidelines. Strong

problem-solving

skills and the ability to work autonomously. Desirable Skills/Experience: Enterprise Design Thinking Data Literacy and foundations of Data Visualisation tools such as Power BI Foundations of Coding Product Management Innovation and Change Management approach Why AstraZeneca?
