Bókun is seeking a Product Designer to spearhead design innovation within their organisation.
Key responsibilities:
Craft exceptional, user-centric digital experiences within a softwareproductenvironment.
Collaborate on and contribute to the development of a design system that standardises visual styles, UI patterns, and functional logic across the entire product suite.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, consistent consumer experiences by closely collaborating with software engineers andproductmanagers.
Lead design discussions and champion design thinking within the organisation.
Collaborate closely with a dynamic, entrepreneurial team in a fast-paced environment.
Design for a complex B2B SaaS platform within the travel industry.
3+ yearsof design experience at consumer-focused brands or agencies.
Demonstrated ability to leadproductdesign projects from initial ideation through detailed execution and delivery, including navigation, UI transformations, and screen state variations.
Experience working in agile teams and the ability to establish design processes from the ground up.
Proficiency in translating design research, strategic market positioning, and technical requirements into a cohesive design direction, encompassing both visuals and interactions.
Exposure to data-driven design principles and decision-making processes.
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
A portfolio showcasing contributions to digital products, highlighting originality, innovation, and strong problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with user research and experience designing for complex SaaS platforms is a plus.
Proficiency in Figma, the tool used at the company.
