Work closely with product designers, UX researchers, BAs, engineers, and product managers to drive innovative solutions. Dynamic Role:

Take on a multifaceted design role that combines UI, UX, and evangelism, influencing and inspiring the entire organization. Key Responsibilities: Run Complex UX Projects:

Design for both user and business needs, ensuring consistency of patterns across our estate. Vision and Roadmap Development:

Contribute to the development of our product vision and roadmap. Requirement Gathering:

Collect requirements from users and internal colleagues to inform design decisions. Workshops and Co-Design:

Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions to foster collaboration and innovation. Prototyping:

Build functioning prototypes to test with customers, ensuring designs meet user needs. Research and Strategy Development:

Play a key role in developing user research and design strategy. Collaboration:

Work closely with product designers, UX researchers, BAs, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality design solutions. About You About You: Open-Minded and Humble:

You approach design with an open mind and a humble attitude, ready to learn and adapt. Articulate Communicator:

Strong communication skills and a seasoned presenter, able to articulate your ideas clearly. Perfection Realist:

You understand that perfection is rarely possible and are flexible in finding the best solutions. Proficient in Figma:

Skilled in Figma with experience in building design systems. Tech-Savvy:

Familiarity with front-end development. Specialized Markets Interest:
