In this role, you’ll work collaboratively and autonomously with Engineering, Data Science and Product on shared business and customer problems. Here’s what the role involves: Working autonomously to define problems, build, measure and iterate Setting the design vision for your team Collaborating with other designers and our UX Engineering team to ensure our customers get the best experience Working with UX Research to interview and test your designs with users The Ideal Candidate: Has proven experience in designing and delivering impactful products, preferably in a fast-paced, growing B2B organisation Is experienced in creating user-friendly designs for both web and mobile applications Will want to ship impactful, beautiful and evidence-based user experiences to our customers Will be outcome-focused and autonomous Demonstrates strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail Works in the open – sharing ideas and designs early and often Loves solving problems and making sure that they are using their time to solve the

We have team members in a few spots across England and Scotland. We think meeting up is important though, so we make time to come together to collaborate as a team once a month. We’re an ambitious, growing team of designers, copywriters and researchers. We also have a small UX engineering team who sit with us to help manage our component library and speed up delivery.
