As a Product Designer, you will be:

Working as a self-directed member of a cross-functional team designing simple and elegant solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Leading the end-to-end design process from ideation, specification sheets to launch.

Writing clear and concise copy that is mindful of the context within the user experience, and collaborating with copywriters to ensure content appears accurately for every audience.

Supporting product managers in setting initiatives, identifying growth opportunities and defining a roadmap.

Working collaboratively on building and maintaining design systems to scale them to the next level of maturity.

Requirements:

3+ years of proven success designing products for mobile platforms.

Passion for designing complex features, attention to detail and ability to translate customer needs into actionable items.

Capable of seeing the bigger picture and seeking systematic solutions to maintain consistency of UX solutions.

Technical background and obsession with product quality: able to collaborate with engineers to understand technical limitations and constraints, iterate on solutions and fine-tune the result.

Excellent design skills and a clean visual sense.

Experience in crafting well-balanced animations and interactions to ensure interfaces feel natural.

Acting proactively in defining and prioritising UX issues: can move things forward, collect and assess relevant data, and prioritise tasks and projects.

Highly communicative and self-organised: can explain, clearly articulate design rationale and prioritise feedback to iterate rapidly.
