Product Designer

to join our dynamic Digital Team. What you will be doing as the Product Designer: You will be responsible for the product, user experience and interface design of our services and will play a key role in transforming our digital customer journeys. You will work alongside other talented designers, content designers, product owners and developers to deliver an excellent customer experience across our digital products. Duties to include but not limited to: Translating business and customer requirements into creative solutions. Applying both UX skills and design principles to create top quality digital designs. Working within an agile, multi-disciplinary team environment. Implementing our brand guidelines across digital platforms creatively while remaining consistent to the brand. Working closely with intent owners, product owners, content designers and developers to bridge the gap between business requirements creating great, consistent and lasting user experiences. Suggesting new ways of working and collaborating to drive digital experience design delivery. What you should bring to the role: A solid understanding of user-centred design principles. The ability to create rapid, iterative, low-fi and hi-fi prototypes. Qualitative research skills in user discovery and testing. Strong user experience skills to develop wireframes, user journeys and be able to inform content structure and information architecture. Evidence of creating eye-catching designs that will bring our web experience to life. Strong knowledge of Figma. An understanding of Google Analytics programmes. Web content management systems. Good knowledge of accessibility standards. A basic knowledge of HTML would also be desirable. What's in it for you?
