experienced, talented, and proactive

Product Designer to join our growing Product Design team at Zable (Lendable). As the

fifth member

of our Product Design team, reporting to the Group Product Manager, you will have a broad scope, covering all aspects of Product Design, including user research, prototyping, usability testing, and maintaining a consistent visual language across our evolving design system. You will work on multiple products, such as our Zable app, with a wide array of features and over a million users, our Lendable loans website, and our Zable card and loan products in the US. Your contributions will span various phases of product development, from shaping the product vision and defining goals to collaborating with developers to

implement new features and enhance user experiences. The ideal candidate Has

3+ years of relevant Product Design

experience, preferably at a

fintech

or

startup

where breadth and depth were required Has

mobile app experience Will hit the ground running and is confident in owning the design of a product area Is fully

customer-centric

and a problem solver who asks the right questions Has a solid design process reaching from discovery to implementation Is

friendly

and

approachable , can give and take feedback well and is

happy to collaborate and contribute

to our growing team of Product Designers! What you'll be doing Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to

define product visions, goals, and key features Conduct user research

to gain insights into user needs, behaviours, and pain points Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to

effectively communicate design concepts

and

interactions Perform usability testing

and iterate on designs based on user feedback Maintain a

consistent visual language

and ensure design system adherence Collaborate with developers

to implement features and optimise user experiences Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows Bonus points if you have

experience with UX writing Interview Process CV screening An introductory call with someone from the Talent Team and/or hiring manager A take-home exercise to complete in your own time Task debrief with the hiring manager (45 mins) Final interviews, in person interviews & visit to the office (3x 30 min interviews on the same day): Other Designers Group PM Final round interview with our CPO Life at Lendable The opportunity to scale up one of the
