The team Third Party Acquisition are responsible for the development and management of relationships with companies that provide us with customers, i.e. brokers and partners. Our team covers the commercial, operational and technical relationships and journeys and is iwoca’s most valuable channel. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team of product managers and engineers while working closely with our marketing and commercial stakeholders in a goal-focussed, iterative approach - we’re always open to using new information to ensure we’re working on the right thing at the right time. The role As a Mid-Senior Product Designer, you’ll shape our user experience, drive design strategy, and deliver intuitive experiences for our products. End-to-end product design Develop the vision of the broker experience for iwoca. You’ll strive to ensure quality, coherence, and customer-centricity.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and designs that deliver an exceptional user experience.

Collaborate with the Product team and the Engineering team to shape user-centred design solutions that address user pain points and meet business goals.

Create and maintain the main Figma to ensure all stakeholders have easy access to the latest experience at any point in the journey

Encourage collaboration between different parts of the team whilst being able to be proactive in how you can work efficiently to achieve the team’s goals.

Help maintain reusable design components for our Design System.

Create and optimise marketing and pitching assets to support the end-to-end design quality of the channel.

User research & testing Work with commercial stakeholders and product managers to perform user research.

Use data from web analytics to iterate on design solutions.

Work with product managers to develop user feedback loops and conduct usability testing, to improve our user-facing interfaces.

Optimisation & performance Optimise designs for key metrics such as conversion, retention, and user satisfaction rates.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, using data and feedback to evolve design solutions that meet changing user and business needs.

Some example projects are: Redesign our offers page to ensure all the features of our products and commission structure are easily digestible and comparable.

Learn what content in our CRM will best help our ops teams succeed.

Design and end-to-end flow for brokers to support their customers’ in linking their accounts with us via Open Banking.

Create simple videos to loop at marketing events to showcase our best-in-class products and broker tools.

Design a sign up flow template for partners to refer to when building new integrations.

The requirements Essential: Experience working in a product design setting focussed on conversion and commercial goals.

A customer-first, data-driven approach to design, with a knack for balancing business needs with user empathy.

Experience working in a cross-functional team that includes product managers and engineers.

Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) with strong prototyping and interaction design skills.

Experience working with Product Managers and analytics data/tools to drive design decisions.

Experience understanding and optimising journeys across multiple touch points, e.g. email, internal tools, external tools.

Experience in planning and conducting moderated and unmoderated user research studies with users.

An understanding of, conversion metrics, and user behaviour.

The ability to work autonomously and complete projects.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to adjust your communication style to the audience.

Bonus:

Knowledge of basic concepts in front-end development, and basic familiarity with some front-end frameworks.

Experience with video creation tools.

Experience working in the B2B space.

Experience working with internal users.

The salary

We expect to pay from £55,000 - £70,000 for this role. But, we’re open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application.
