We’re looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our team to help deliver engaging digital experiences for our customers and internal staff. We are open to both Mid and Senior level candidates. Yoto’s Design Team We look after the Yoto website, app and usability on our player, building out new and exciting features to continually delight our customers. We’re a small cross-functional team working in an Agile environment. Everybody is encouraged to have a voice and influence the product direction. What you’ll be doing: Create designs that are beautiful and effective in educating our customers and delighting them with our unique products. Create wireframes, detailed visual designs and prototypes that developers can use to build the site. Undertake customer interviews and analysis to help understand the customers to continually improve. What you’ll bring: 4+ years of product design (UX/UI) experience, with a strong understanding of UX Design principles (Web and App). Experience in visual/UI design. Experience working on internal tooling. Proficiency in Figma. Experience using and maintaining design systems. Strong stakeholder management skills. Understanding of interaction design principles. Understanding of ecommerce principles. Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences. Salary:

£50,000 - £80,000 based on experience. What you can expect from Yoto: Flexibility:

Hybrid working with a choice-based approach - we would love you to come into the office as much as possible, with a minimum of once or twice a month. Take advantage of our ‘work from anywhere’ policy to work from a different location for up to 6 weeks every year. Financial:
