The role requires someone who actively initiates creative ways of working and promotes an environment where creative thinking flourishes. Key Accountabilities

Accountability for end-to-end project execution. Ensure product development meets the needs of the customer and quality standards of the business. Always seeks to evolve and better their capability as a developer whilst consistently creating industry-leading products. Able to translate creative ideas into tangible business opportunities and understand what’s required to deliver them within a timeframe. Designs and formulates products as a culinary expert, while expertly balancing commercialization requirements to ensure feasibility at all stages. Seeks out new ingredients/methods for advanced outputs. Actively explores creative options in development to unlock exceptional results. Can build up a strong and diverse external network that allows the business to have access to all of the relevant capabilities required to deliver exceptional projects whilst being agile and flexible. Person Profile

Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Food Science, or related discipline required. Has a range of experience across different categories within food and beverages. Good understanding of manufacturing processes, systems, and standards. An understanding of outsourced environments and contract manufacturing. Has a strong working knowledge of governance/GMP when developing products in a manufacturing plant environment and can advise on necessary changes needed to deliver our standards. Has a deep understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements and ensures that all products proposed fully adhere to legal requirements at all costs. Be able to demonstrate a resilience and flexible disposition within a fast-paced environment. Has a proven track record in managing complex technical projects.
