An award-winning UK retail brand is looking for a Food Product Developer to join their business. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of NPD and EPD, generating new ideas, developing control processes, and working closely with the operational teams.

Review current menus and identify any improvement areas Research and present new ideas to keep the range exciting Lead the weekly food meetings Ensure the current and future menu range is commercially viable Ensure successful product launches by collaborating with the digital and marketing team Work with supply chain to ensure ingredients meet all sourcing and labelling requirements Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in food science, nutrition or a relevant field Experience in a similar role within FMCG or Retail Strong people management skills In-depth knowledge of regulations and processes
