The role: As Product Developer, this role will collaborate with suppliers and internal product development, design, and sales teams to develop and launch new products. We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Product Developer with the ability to work within a commercially focused and fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: Work with suppliers on product costings and negotiations across all brands and categories. Create Artwork and Concept Briefs for the Graphic Design team. Manage supplier relationships, including maintaining and growing existing relationships and identifying and establishing new ones. Manage product development timelines, ensuring projects meet key stakeholder expectations. Collaborate and ensure communication flow across cross-functional teams, including product development, design, sales, and operations. Perform sample assessments on new products to ensure all products meet quality standards. Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the market. Prepare customer-facing product presentations to pitch new products and showcase our brands. Work alongside the design team to prepare marketing materials for trade shows and e-commerce. Manage PD trackers to ensure on-time, in-full execution. The person: We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Product Developer with the ability to work within a commercially focused and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have: 3 years of experience within a product development role. A high understanding of costing and negotiation tactics. Experience in skincare, bath and body, or allied products. Ability to work well within a fast-paced business. Passion for innovation and staying ahead of the trends. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work as a team player as well as independently. Proactive, organized, and have a positive attitude. IT literate, particularly in Microsoft Office Programs. Excellent communication skills. Great attention to detail.
