Manage cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff, while driving commercial success through strong market analysis and product development. Product Developer (Rainwear & Outerwear) Location:
Manchester Specialise in creating and optimising rainwear and outerwear products for global markets. Be the technical expert, managing product development from concept through to final sealed sample. Work closely with suppliers, conduct competitor analysis, and ensure your products meet the highest standards of quality, durability, and cost-effectiveness. What we are seeking: A passion for
functional, sustainable design , with a focus on reducing waste and creating long-lasting products. Strong commercial acumen and a proactive attitude.
