The Role As Brand Product Development Coordinator, you will lead/coordinate a small team of brand workers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, managing resources, ensuring that our co-operative continues to run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will: Be responsible for inputting into and have some responsibility for delivering our brand strategy Champion Suma brand products, attending trade shows Monitor and analyse product performance, provide insights for continuous improvement to existing products and services, and facilitate the identification of potential new products You will also have: Previous experience in marketing or brand development Familiar with project management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time management Strong leadership, coordination abilities, and ability to motivate others The closing date for this role is Sunday 26th January 2025.
