Brand Product Development Coordinator

to join us on a part-time, permanent basis, working 16-24 hours per week over 2-3 days. We are also open to discussing full-time options for candidates seeking more hours who have previous warehouse experience. In this role, you will support a small team of brand product development workers that fosters a spirit of teamwork, with the freedom to share new ideas and manage a small portfolio, whilst enjoying flexible working options and having a real say in how our co-op operates and grows. The Role As Brand Product Development Coordinator, you will lead/coordinate a small team of brand workers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, managing resources, ensuring that our co-operative continues to run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will: Be responsible for inputting into and have some responsibility for delivering our brand strategy Champion Suma brand products, attending trade shows Monitor and analyse product performance, provide insights for continuous improvement to existing products and services, and facilitate the identification of potential new products You will also have: Previous experience in marketing or brand development Familiar with project management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time management Strong leadership, coordination abilities, and ability to motivate others The closing date for this role is Sunday 26th January 2025.
