The successful Product Engineer will work within the Product Development and Marketing team, reporting directly to the Product and Marketing Manager. We are looking for someone to join our team, working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment to expand and support our growth in product development in the waste-water sector. Main duties and essential responsibilities

Work on product and process concept generation, prototyping, and development. Research new product ideas. Create drawings and specifications for products in 2D and 3D. Interact with other departments and 3rd parties to ensure project schedules are maintained. Ensure products meet safety, legal, and quality standards. Present design ideas to stakeholders. Review and advise on installation details and assist with writing installation manuals. Conduct hardware testing and debugging. Review and advise on manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment. Prepare and maintain manufacturing specifications. Knowledge and skills required

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product development. 2D and 3D CAD and SolidWorks experience. Testing and debugging experience. Scheduling/planning skills. Ability to collate and comprehend technical and product information. Computer literate; thorough working knowledge of MS Office, with database systems experience a strong advantage. Competent business administration skills. Educated to a high standard. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate and work independently. Desired Skills

Experience in the pumped drainage industry or related service industry. Ability to work under pressure. An open mind with an aptitude for learning new systems, tools, products, and ways of working. Mature outlook. Flexible approach. Trustworthy, honest, and have integrity. About Edincare
