Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics. What you will do: Plan and execute engineering changes to support the products through their lifecycle, including technical review of drawings and documentation. Prepare detailed validation protocols, perform verification testing and write validation summary reports. Lead investigations to resolve customer complaints and product quality issues. Part of cross functional teams to support projects at global level and lead on local level, and coordinate between PE, R&D, Operations and Quality teams. Proactively contribute to supporting the lifecycle management roadmap for products under our authority. Who you are: 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related discipline. Experienced in design, troubleshooting and testing of mechanical and pneumatic systems. Comfortable acting as SME and making decisions on behalf of the team with a customer first mindset. Holds strong commitment to continuous improvement, is willing to act and able to influence others. Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Regulatory compliance aspects of maintaining CE & UL conformity, such as the Machinery & EMC directives, RoHS, REACH & ASME.
