Role

The key purpose of this role is to act as a general support to the Product Managers, helping them with travel, email correspondence and general administration. Liaising with suppliers, this role will help manage the organisation of internal training and familiarisation trips, and will also act as the point of contact for suppliers to ensure that all elements of the Spabreaks.com website is up to date, accurate and relevant. Another key responsibility will be loading rates and packages onto the website. Responsibilities

Managing the Product inbox Replying to and setting up new venues Assisting suppliers with administration, e.g. setting up relevant documents, loading new venues onto the website, loading images/copy to the website, maintaining and ensuring access to accurate venue/supplier information, and portal management Contract filing and administration Loading rates and packages onto the website Responsible for organising familiarisation trips - being the point of contact for suppliers, communicating to participants and completing all relevant administration Liaising with venues regarding social media and other promotional opportunities to support the Marketing team Supporting the Product Managers with general administrative tasks as and when required To assist the team with the completion of other Product work when the volume demands support - to be flexible and hands-on as and when required Supporting the sales team, ensuring that they have the tools they need to convert bookings. Skills

Excellent attention to detail Strong ability to multitask and manage own workload An analytical and common sense approach to all tasks – some will involve data input Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willing to learn and improve upon product knowledge IT literate with a good knowledge of Excel / Worksheets Experience in the travel or spa industry is advantageous Excellent organisational skills An interest in Spa and Wellbeing Benefits
