I am currently recruiting for a product genius to create an exceptional customer experience at this market leading dealership. About the role As a product genius you will be devoted to learning about our brands and assisting our customers make the right choice when they purchase a vehicle. You will be our in-branch expert. This is a truly exceptional opportunity for an individual who excels in customer service and is a superstar full of bright ideas about how to create an exceptional experience for our amazing customers. Assisting your branch with various marketing activities – from dreaming up inspiring content for our social media platforms to taking part in events. Learning about our products so you can help our customers find the perfect fit. Preparing the showroom and cars for the day ahead. Organising and accompanying customers on test-drives. Being an expert on our vehicles and manufacturers. Providing relevant information and being there for our customers with all the answers. Handovers for sold vehicles. Taking photos and videos of cars. Essential skills You’ll be a confident communicator both face to face and over the phone. Someone that understands that a positive attitude gets great results. You will be willing to go the extra mile, through the initial contact stages to the final handover and after-sales assistance. You will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding customer journey with a positive memorable experience for all the right reasons. You will need a full clean UK driving license. As happy working on your own initiative as you are in a team. MUST have sales experience. You’ll get plenty of support and training – and you must be a candidate with a thirst for knowledge, the ability to learn and to be the best.
