Job Description:

This is an exciting new opportunity for a Developer to join a growing and vibrant Data Development team for the assistance with a range of projects for Government and Corporate clients. Developers enable businesses to maximise the value of their data assets by designing and building advanced analytic capabilities. This is a greatopportunity to get involved in a wide variety of corporate applications and systems.

Key Duties:

As a Developer/Product Manager you will be responsible for delivering high quality services and supporting the delivery of multiple projects for our business. You will manage the delivery of these projects through the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing software product implementation and support within the operational business
  • Developing, publishing and scheduling reports (Power BI) as per the business requirements.
  • Proficient with inspecting,cleansing,transforming, andanalysingraw datato discover useful information, inform conclusions, and support effective decision-making.
  • Responsible for designing and building scalable data models and enabling advanced analytic capabilities that provide meaningful business value through easy-to-comprehend data visualizations, all using a variety of software applications (using SQL, FileMaker, DAX, etc.)
  • Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver relevant insights based on identified business requirements
    Supporting senior staff in delivering business objectives
Qualifications/Skills required:

Mandatory
  • Knowledge in Microsoft stack - Excel, PowerBI Desktop and Online Service DAX Power M Query.
  • Previous experience in roles associated with digital analytics, reporting, data quality or similar stream.
  • Familiarity with secondary tools such as Microsoft Azure Cloud, SQL data warehouse, DevOps etc.
  • Familiarity with user support and associated systems (ticket systems) including how to manage workload, undertake custom reporting all to deliver excellent customer service
  • Eligibility for Government Security Clearance
Highly Desirable

  • Previously held UK SC Clearance
  • Experience within an IT Service support model
  • Awareness of Network and Infrastructure (Azure)
  • Experience in using Microsoft applications (required) - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Project, Visio
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Professional and ethical business approach
    Team player, able to deliver multiple projects to deadlines whilst forming effective relationships.
  • Full, clean UK driving license and ideally access to a vehicle
