working at the forefront of product quality and improvement as a Product Improvement Manager. This is an amazing opportunity for anyone starting out in their career to join the existing, collaborative and knowledgeable team, at the Wilmslow offices on a temporary basis. During your time with Waters we would provide an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of Mass Spectrometry (MS) products. In this impactful role, you’ll bridge the gap between field performance and upstream design, driving enhancements in safety, performance, and usability for industry-leading LC/MS systems. Collaborating with a global network of service, engineering, and quality assurance teams, you’ll lead critical projects that deliver tangible results for customers and the business. Reporting into the Global Quality Assurance organisation, the successful candidate will support the successful implementation of new product introductions and manage cross functional teams to resolve any resultant product issues. Interfacing with multiple parts of the broader organisation, this is a great opportunity for an individual to help improve product quality, support our customers and help grow our business whilst growing your knowledge, skills and opportunities within Waters Corporation. Responsibilities

Analyze and Present Field Quality Data : Evaluate and report on product performance to identify opportunities for design and manufacturing process improvements, driving enhanced product quality metrics. Lead Field Issue Investigations : Prioritize, coordinate, and document investigations to resolve quality issues effectively and implement corrective actions. Assess and Mitigate Risk : Evaluate the impact of product issues, implement containment actions, and define the scope for field actions, including customer notifications and retrofits. Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with Operations and design teams to address manufacturing-related field issues, incorporate post-market insights, and improve new product development processes. Support Field Service Organizations : Engage with field teams to provide feedback on ongoing quality investigations and ensure timely resolution of customer-reported issues. Qualifications

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. In-depth knowledge of LC/MS instrument performance, functionality, customer experience, and construction. Hands-on experience in a technical role involving Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (LC/MS) systems. Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and build strong professional relationships. Demonstrated capacity to work independently across multiple organisations and manage diverse priorities. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information. In addition to salary, we work flexibly and provide 25 days holidays, excellent family-friendly benefits such as attractive employer pension contribution, life assurance, income protection and private medical. With Waters, there are plenty of opportunities for you to grow, develop and contribute. We're actively building diverse teams and welcome applications from everyone. But simply having a diverse workforce is not enough. We aim to build an inclusive environment, where everyone can contribute their best work and develop to their full potential. We celebrate our differences and recognise the importance of teams reflecting the communities they serve. We can make reasonable adjustments to our interview process according to your needs.
