Build out our Product Information Database as part of our strategic plan. You will work across one of our Golden Business Enterprises to improve our digital presence by setting up a world class Product Information Database. You will influence key stakeholders within various global business functions to drive project completion. You will leverage a variety of systems/tools to create better data that will inform decision making. Responsibilities Manage relationship with offering managers and build an understanding of the business products: Engage with the offering managers on a regular basis and get the required product data in a timely manner. Share knowledge about how the Product Information Management (PIM) system works with the offering managers. Design and agree with offering managers on standard PIM data fill templates. Manage the product data using the PIM Informatica 360 system: Add new products to the PIM system as part of the new product introduction (NPI) process. Lead projects for sharing data from PIM system to other consumers (websites, e-commerce platforms etc.) Audit the product data in the system identifying data quality problems and finding solutions to fix them. Respond to data problems reported by other teams. Work across multiple teams to update the existing product data in the PIM system as needed. Build a deep understanding of the PIM Informatica 360 system and its integration with other systems. Work across other internal teams to bring best practices in data management to the team. Manage external vendors. Analyse product data and make recommendations. Lead process improvements. Develop/maintain dashboards. Prepare reports. Eligibility Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferably in engineering, marketing or business administration with experience in working knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM), Informatica 360 is a plus. Proven ability of data processing (data transformation, statistical analysis, data organization etc.) Intermediate SQL knowledge (ability to create simple tables, import data and run queries for analysis purposes). Knowledge of a scripting language like Python is a plus. Advanced skills in Excel data manipulation. Understanding of IT systems. Working knowledge of Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager is a plus). UX/UI basic knowledge: the ability to understand customer's digital journeys with direct implication in conversion rate. Experience in Digital Marketing. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in English. Other languages are a plus. Self-starter with strong ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills in face-to-face and virtual settings. Strong project management skills. Planning and organizational skills. Problem-solving skills. Great commercial acumen in sales and marketing processes.
