If so, our Product Insights Manager position might be the perfect fit for you! What’s it all about? As a Product Insights Manager, you’ll lead the discovery and analysis of key insights that drive product strategy and innovation by leveraging data, market research, customer and colleague feedback to provide actionable recommendations that enhance product performance and align with business objectives. You will work closely with internal teams who have access to a wide range of data sources (sales, digital, finance and central operations) and approved specialist agencies to gather the required data and insight for analysis, interpretation and recommendations. In a nutshell, you will be developing a framework for the collection and analysis of data, to identify key metrics and insights that can inform our product strategy and the success of new initiatives. You will use market research, competitor analysis, user feedback and analytics to inform these decisions. You will need to be collaborative across the product team, as well as with stakeholders across the business to inform future roadmaps, measure our ongoing trials, and monitor performance and reporting. Who will this appeal to? You will be a passionate, detail-oriented and analytical Insights Manager with experience in a similar role with a strategic and structured approach. You will be proactive and actionable, have an ability to balance customer needs with a commercial mindset. You will have a passion for uncovering insights that lead to better decision-making and improved customer experiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience of forecast modelling is essential. The successful individual will be able to work with minimal instruction and oversight, conduct multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and own deliverables end to end. Critical to the success of this role is your ability to work with a variety of complex data sources and develop insightful analysis that drives action. You will be comfortable communicating your findings and impact of actions in a clear and compelling way to help improve business decision making and drive value creation. You will be a self-starting, strong communicator with a can-do attitude to affect positive change and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking with an analytical mindset and experience in using data to drive decisions and improvements.
