Product Introduction Engineer

Product Introduction Engineer focuses on support new product introduction activities from development through to production launch.

What the role involves

• Support New Product Introduction activities from development through to production launch.
• Act as the key link between design, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products.
• Maintain production documentation, including work instructions.
• Process flows, and manufacturing specifications.
• Coordinating prototype builds, trials, and validation activities.

Skills and requirements

• Previous experience in an NPI Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Project Engineer, Production Engineer, or similar role.
• Experience supporting product introduction within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• HNC/HND or Degree qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline would be advantageous.

Confirmed role details

• Salary of £40,000 - £45,000.
• 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
• 4.5-day working week (37 hours).
