Working within the Aftersales team, the position of Product Maintenance Manager is critical to understanding all aspects of product maintenance. You will work closely with the Engineering team to understand all elements of required maintenance for all ITM products including reviewing the maintenance schedules and providing feedback of in field reality for maintainability. Creating SOPs for all maintenance activities which will be used in the competence matrices with the Product Maintenance Manager being the competence assessor. The position will also be responsible for delivering training externally to customers for maintenance activities. Some global travel will be required. Responsibilities

Support the development of maintenance schedules Provision of feedback to the Engineering team to aid maintainability of product Develop SOPs for all maintenance activities Support the development of MS Field Service for maintenance activities Identify relevant tooling to carry out maintenance activities Competence assessor for maintenance SOPs External Trainer for maintenance Support maintenance of stock built NEPTUNE containers Act as conduit between the Engineering team and the required maintenance of products About You

Knowledge and Experience

City & Guilds, HND, HNC, BTEC in Engineering Proven experience in the maintenance of plant equipment Manufacturing / Industrial background Technically adept in the area of product maintenance Experience of working to time sensitive schedules and changing technology Skills and Abilities

Excellent problem-solving skills with a process driven and methodical approach Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Results orientated, resourceful solution seeker and self-motivated What can we offer you
