Job Summary As the Product Management Lead focused on Client Experience within Corporate Cash Management, you will be responsible for shaping the end-to-end journey of our cash management products. Your role will blend deep product expertise with a client-first mindset, ensuring that our offerings meet the evolving needs of corporate clients, particularly treasury teams and finance departments. You will lead the product lifecycle, prioritise initiatives based on client feedback, and collaborate across teams to create and enhance user-centric solutions that drive business success. Job Responsibilities Client-Centric Product Development: Lead the creation of cash management products that deliver exceptional user experiences for corporate clients, focusing on the needs of treasury teams and finance departments. Collaborate closely with clients to gather, interpret, and act on feedback to continuously refine and improve product offerings. Ensure that products are designed with empathy for end users, understanding their challenges and pain points in managing cash, liquidity, and payments. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation, development, and launch to post-launch optimisation and enhancement. Ensure product offerings align with the evolving needs of clients and stay competitive in a rapidly changing financial landscape. Prioritise product features and initiatives, balancing the needs of clients with business objectives and available resources. Roadmap Development & Prioritisation: Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, client needs, and market trends. Use strong prioritisation skills to determine the most impactful features and allocate resources effectively across initiatives. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments (IT, sales, operations, legal, etc.) to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities. Communicate complex technical product features and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product features and enhancements on time and within budget. Industry Knowledge & Regulatory Awareness: Stay up-to-date with developments in corporate cash management, including payment solutions, liquidity management, and treasury platforms. Maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations (e.g., PSD2, ISO 20022) and ensure that products comply with relevant requirements. Monitor trends in digital banking, open banking, and API-based connectivity to drive innovation in cash management solutions. Qualifications/ Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on corporate cash management or treasury management within financial services. Proven track record of managing products across the full lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional user experiences. Deep understanding of corporate cash management products, such as payment solutions, liquidity management, and treasury platforms. Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., PSD2, ISO 20022) impacting corporate cash management products. Strong knowledge of market trends, including digital transformation in banking, open banking, and API-based solutions. Experience in prioritising and managing product backlogs, balancing client needs, and business objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex product concepts to a broad audience.
